Halo is activating spiritual mothers and fathers to help young leaders grow.

There are moments in the life of a young leader when God is doing something that needs to be recognized, encouraged, prayed over, and given room to grow. We are hosting catalytic gatherings where emerging leaders, spiritual fathers and mothers, pastors, worship ministers, ministry leaders, and Kingdom-minded people can encounter God together. Multiple generations in one room where young leaders hear:

• You are a son.
• You are a daughter.
• You can know the voice of God.
• You can walk deeply with Jesus.
• You can live filled with the Holy Spirit.
• You can love people courageously.
• You can carry spiritual authority with humility.
• You can give your whole life to what God is doing.

Sometimes Halo hosts those environments. Sometimes we serve alongside ministries who’re already doing beautiful Kingdom work.

Catalyzing a young leader often looks remarkably ordinary:

• A plane ticket.
• A meal.
• A room.
• A table.
• A worship night.
• A formative conversation.
• A day to listen.

These gatherings are also generative; leading to lasting video, audio and written resources that multiply impact.

Young leaders need more than a moment. They need people.

• They need mothers and fathers.
• They need peers who’re also hungry for Jesus.
• They need Kingdom frameworks to help them lead well.
• They need resources for healthy, ordinary life.

Many emerging leaders simply do not have the disposable income to pay for flights, retreats, hotels, meals, resources, and experiences that could deeply shape their lives.

We want them to participate financially whenever they can. Ownership matters. We also want generosity to make a way. It also puts real resources in their hands, making timeless Kingdom principles accessible.

We step in before burnout.
